What can you become if you study Philosophy?
I really love philosophy and studying what this world really is. I also like psychology but i look into philosophy more because it shows us as humans what we do and who we are. What is our life and everything that builds up this thing called quotLivingquot.

Sadly only teaching philosophy. brbrbrEveryone is into selfhelp and advice giving. There is no call for modern day philosophers you world will be purely academic.brbrbrPsychology would be easier as it has many branches.brbrbrIf you had a philosophy degree you would probably have to study it with something else. Such as philosophy and English Literature or philosophy and history.brbrbrAs you become older most people philosophise therefore you could always do it as a hobby. Even write a book on it while gaining a degree and having a career in something else.brbrbrSo if you study philosophy alone the only thing I can guarantee you will become is unemployed.....sorry.brbrbrStudy something else or study philosophy in conjunction with brpsychology, history, sociology or English.brbrbrRemember we live in a world were people prefer to listen to the ideas of Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan or any uneducated celebratory over an academic.brbrbrI would keep studying , but make it a pasttime or hobby people will probably only appreciate your views when you are dead.
