Do human beings have an inherent sense of morality, or is all morality learned behavior?

Question

Do human beings have an inherent sense of morality, or is all morality learned behavior?
We seem to believe that humans are inherently moral, with many believing this is a direct gift from a Creator. Im not so sure, and am interested in comments opinions.

Answer

If one watches very small children, one finds the answer. Before they become greedy, children instinctively share. They feel compassion for anyone who appears distressed scientific study proves this. And very importantly, one of the first things a child will say is quotThats not fair!quotbrTheir sense of morality is inborn, although very basic. Scientists theorize that these instincts toward morality are necessary to survival of the species.
